The hotel was overall clean. the location close to the football stadium was absolutely perfect. - the room was bright, newly remodeled with a larger terrace. - the breakfast was freshly cooked with omelets, freshly made eggs, and pancakes. - the staff was super-friendly and affable

This hotel has a great location in the heart of Puerto, close to the Plaza del Charco with its shops, restaurants, and bars. The rooms are a good size, and I really enjoyed having a small balcony to relax on. The service from the staff was excellent, and they were always friendly and helpful. The basic amenities in the room, such as the safe, fridge, and USB ports, made my stay more convenient. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a nice selection of meats, cheese, bread, and different egg dishes. I also loved the cafe out front, perfect for a morning coffee.

One minor issue was the lighting in the room, which could be a bit dark at times.

We loved staying in this hotel right in the heart of the city, it's close to everything and transportation is convenient. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and great fresh food. The terrace and pool on the rooftop were amazing with plenty of sun loungers which made for a relaxing afternoon. The staff were super friendly and helpful which made our stay even better.
